Our company is only as good as our security personnel and because of this we have constant supervision of our personnel by a trained supervision team. We make sure all of our guards are meeting and exceeding our clients expectations. We also perform unannounced inspections at varied and random times to make sure our guards are performing their best.

Community Action's training program is second to none in providing our employees with the knowledge and skills to handle situations that may arise. Not only do our employees undergo a rigorous background check just to make it to the training program, but also most have a one on one interview with the owners of the company to make sure they can stand up to the high levels of service we expect and require from our staff. Our initial training is intense and comprehensive, ensuring our personnel are prepared to serve you. Also, we continue to make sure each guard has the chance to grow and expand by offering continuing training to improve their service and security knowledge.
